Amphipteres are dragon-serpent creatures from the Cloud Forest in the sky.

Overview[]
They are green dragon-serpents with feathered wings, tails and manes. They sleep by wrapping their tails around a tree bough and hanging upside down like a bat.
Behavior[]
They are very territorial and violent. Amphipteres eat birds of prey, dragonweed, Aeroans, Quetza, hsigo, insectoids and other creatures of the Cloud Forest.
Powers[]
Can breathe red fire.
Weakness[]
Feathered parts are very weak and no scales armour the skin under the feathers, so a Quetzal javelin in the wing can kill one easily.
Habitat[]
Trees of their island of the Cloud Forest.
